These are usually held every Tuesday, some Thursdays, and most Sundays of every week and are based at Kempton. There may be working parties at other times and at short notice as the need occurs.   At the present time (September 2010) work is concentrated preparing to lay the 400 yd "Hanworth Loop" in the Paddock. and on restoring the bogie wagons,  like the one on the left,  and on completing the "Crew Room" in the old engine shed.  See the <News> section for progress and the <Work Schedule> below for up-to-date activities list.         Installing the re-built turntable on the Museum Site, adjusting the fishplates on the "tunnel rail" point.          If you are interested in joining a working party then please check first with Robert Leadbetter at   leadbr@yahoo.com   or on 020 8979 5003.
